My research focuses on factors influencing sport consumption. While many factors impact sport consumption, my research primarily examines the role of three factors in increasing sport consumption and cultivating fan loyalty: fan satisfaction, fan identification, and media influences. Within these areas I examine the role of service quality and fan identification in shaping sport consumers' perceptions and satisfaction with the sport product. Additionally, I examine the role of the media in influencing sport consumers' level of consumption. I investigate the role of sport public relations in enhancing media relations and in marketing the sport entity.
