Dan L. Cheeseman received his yoga teacher training from the Integral Yoga Institute of Buckingham, VA. He has been teaching for 33 years and has more than 6,800 contact hours as a yoga instructor. He was one of the founders of the Indiana Yoga Association, serving on its Board of Directors for four years, the last year of his tenure as President.
