Background:
David LeBeau received his teacher training in guided imagery and positive self-talk from PSI World, Inc. and his initial training in meditation from Unity Institute. He has received formal training in Vinyasa Yoga, Chi-Lel Qigong, and Mindfulness Meditation. In his 30 years of teaching he has accumulated over 7,950 contact hours teaching various forms of relaxation, stress reduction, meditation, Vinyasa Yoga, Qigong, and personal development.
